No. I offer telehealth therapy only. All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Many clients appreciate the flexibility, privacy and ease of meeting from their own space.

You must be physically located in Arizona at the time of our sessions. I am licensed only in Arizona and am unable to provide therapy services to clients located in other states.

No. I am a self- pay (out of network) provider and do not bill insurance directly. This allows me to offer greater privacy, flexibility in care, and therapy that isn’t constrained by insurance requirements or diagnosis.

My current rates are:
Individual therapy (50 minutes): $175
Initial intake session (1hr): $200
Payment is due at the time of service.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. This policy exists to protect the time and care set aside for you.

Perinatal mental health refers to emotional and psychological well-being during pregnancy and through the first year postpartum. This includes the full range of experiences, not just depression or anxiety.

Yes. While I do not prescribe medication, I regularly support clients who are considering, starting, adjusting or already taking medication during the perinatal period, in collaboration with their medical providers when appropriate.
